About the Position

This internship position is characterized by the management of product line information for MasayaCo. As a Data Assistant, you will be a key member of the Product Line Team, assisting the team in a series of diverse projects including: document creation and presentations of Line Products, assistance in managing the website, uploading and downloading images as well as assistance with administrative tasks.

This position reports to the Product Line Manager.

with our sustainable “Seed to Seat” model, which vertically integrates our reforestation forestry practices with our finished products, making us a

responsible alternative to mass-produced goods. Our team of more than 350 Nicaraguan artisans create handmade and hand-woven furniture that

integrates modern and contemporary design with traditional artisanal production methods. Today we have planted more than a million trees and we

have showrooms in Managua, Nicaragua; San Jose Costa Rica; Nashville, Tennessee; Panama City, Panama; and Berkeley, California.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product Line Team in the management of the website. This ranges from small updates in the information or images of a product

to the creation of a product from scratch.

Support in creating documents such as: assembly guides, product guides, information protocols, and more.

Comply with company standards and guidelines.

Document organization.

Requirements

Active student in the last year or graduate of: Business Administration, Graphic Design, Systems Engineering, or Architecture.

Desire to learn.

Proactive, responsible and results-oriented.

Management of Office and G Suite.

Basic English.

Ability to enter information.

Ability to identify visual details of images.

Skill in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Position Details

Period of 9 to 12 months. Immediate availability.

Location: Managua, Nicaragua
