I just placed my order, how long does it take to ship?

The majority of our products are handcrafted upon request. Master artisans pay meticulous attention to the details in each part of the craftsmanship process, from the working of the wood to the finishing touched of each piece, making sure every detail is cared for. Our products are then shipped from our factory in Nicaragua to our showroom in Costa Rica, so our current lead times are from 8- 10 weeks.

Looking for something quicker? Visit our Showroom in Escazú. We have a great variety of items in-store that you'll be able to take home with you right then and there!

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Our In Stock page is always filled with our products that are available to ship in the moment.

Want to know if a specific product is in stock? Visit the product page, and you'll be able to see if the item is in stock under the product name (It will say "In Stock" instead of "Made to Order").

What are the materials used in your products?

All of our furniture pieces are crafted from wood grown in our reforestation projects. We use Teak, Mahogany, and Walnut with varying finishes for our wooden pieces. The manila used in our woven items is spun in-house from Polyester thread.

Where can I see your products in person?

We currently have 3 showrooms where you're able to see our products in person, personalize our patterns, and make your orders. We are very excited to open new showrooms to get closer to you - stay tuned for what's coming next!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are able to ship our Products to the United States and Costa Rica. Depending on order volume, we can also ship to other countries.

If located outside of the United States and Costa Rica, we recommend getting a freight forwarder to deliver your items to their final destination.

Do your products come fully assembled?

Most of our products, including all of our chairs, come fully assembled. However, there are some furniture pieces that require some simple assembly.

Is it true I can customize some patterns?

Yes, while we do have over 30 patterns available for you to choose from, we are also pretty open for customers to change the colors in some of these designs to fit the aesthetic of their spaces (with an additional cost). Simply contact our sales team to see what is possible!

Can woven items be placed outdoors?

We recommend placing your woven items under covered spaces, avoiding direct sunlight. This is due to the fact that direct sunlight may harm your woven pieces, causing the manila to fade.
