MasayaCo is in search of an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to become a valued member of our Berkeley store team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating outstanding customer interactions, boosting sales, and serving as a brand ambassador for MasayaCo.
About You
You are an enthusiastic, mission-driven, independent, and entrepreneurial sales professional with a passion for design. - 2-5 years of relevant experience in furniture retail sales is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Relationships: Provide friendly, professional assistance, gather customer information, and collaborate with Customer Service.
- Sales Activities: Engage in product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling, with timely customer responses.
- Sales Data Management and Order Tracking: Accurately track sales, complete deal information, and monitor order status.
- Outreach Initiatives: Proactively engage in Outreach programs and initiatives.
- Achieve or Surpass Monthly Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and attend meetings for effective communication.
- Qualifications and Skills: Possess a passion for sales, relevant experience, excellent English language skills, strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, and proficiency with sales tools.
- Benefits and Compensation Package: Full-time position with a regular schedule (including weekends), based at our Berkeley store in California.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Store Hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday: 11 am - 5 pm.
